Terms and Conditions

All items remain the property of Feather 'n' Fur Pet Supplies until paid for in full.
Items can be returned under the following circumstances after confirmation with ourselves first.
1. Perishable items are not eliglble for return.
2. Items returned will attract a 20% restocking fee, postage for return at customers expense unless an incorrect item was despatched by ourselves. Therefore refunds for "changed minds" will be paid price less 20% and return postage.
3. Purchasers must obtain postal receipt and in case of goods value exceeding £28, postage must include insurance to value of goods. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

We endeavour to despatch your order as soon as your payment is confirmed, we then rely on a postal service or courier, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by these third party services, that being said we do our utmost to ensure your goods arrive in a timely manner, in case of problems contact us immediattley so any problems can be resolved promptly. Most problems can be resolved quickly, the worst thing to do is not to contact us. We strive to ensure our customers are happy.

Payment processors on this site are Paypal you can either use a credit or debit card ( no account required) or use an existing account if you have previously registered with them. We never see your card details.
We do keep a record of your name and address and comply with the Data Protection Act in this respect. We never pass your details onto third parties and will only contact you if there is a problem. We are Data protection registered.
